Today in Asia
In the news I have heard of violence rising against the China government, and in the protests there were monks first then it grew into a violent outrage against China. In my class today a student who visited Malasia for Chineese New Year showed a slide show of his trip. I had a great chance to speak with a native from Hong Kong (his dad) during the presentation. He said about the violence in Tibet, that the people of Tibet want the government control from the China nation to be turned over to the people of Tibet. He also said the protesters are the young people who want to make a government of their own. I am interested to know what others think. I have a concern for the people of Tibet. I want them to have control over the place they live. My main reason for this is to allow all people the chance to develope and grow to their greatest potential.
